Hayward Services believes that a rigorous inspection regime is central to successful service delivery throughout the lifetime of the contract. How do we deliver this?

We have developed an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited Integrated management System (IMS). All of our operational quality processes and provisions are governed by this externally audited system, including:

• Daily Site Supervisor inspections / ad hoc inspections by contract management team
• Programmed monthly audits are the centrepiece of our quality processes.
• Biannual review with Operations Director
