How We Have Grown

The current management team, spearheaded by Directors Eddie Gordon and Ian Forrest, became involved in the Hayward Services success story in 2000. Since then, the company has grown organically at a steady rate.

Our growth has not come at the expense of delivered standards or client relations. On the contrary, we have striven to continuously improve both, and this is evidenced by the fact that our growth has been driven by existing client relationships and recommendations. We have no sales team. Our service sells itself.

Growth has been managed very carefully. From time to time, the company has been prepared to refuse new business in order to facilitate resolution of problem sites and to allow management to start new contracts with the appropriate intensity.
